Our Staff

Respect for the privacy and dignity of our residents is at the heart of everything we do here and is something all our staff fully subscribes to.

Many of the team have worked with us for a number of years and this sense of continuity and familiarity is something very special. We are proud not to use agency staff, which provides consistency in the care we provide and reassurance to the people who live with us. Due to the close relationships between us small changes that can occur are quickly detected and acted upon.

Oak House is proud to have a robust training programme in place and all staff receive training in Health and Safety, Infection Control, Moving and Handling and Fire Safety. All senior carers are qualified in Medication Administration and follow procedures for safety.

  • Debbie Dalby

    Care Manager

    Debbie has worked at Oak House since 1993 and is the Registered Manager. She is a registered nurse and has a registered manager’s award.

  • Kerry Burdett

    Assistant Care Manager

    Kerry has worked at Oak House since 2010 as Assistant Care Manager. Kerry has level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care.

  • Simon Smith

    Assistant Care Manager

    Simon has worked at Oak House since 2013 and has level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care.
